Yeh Der Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established to provide gears, gearboxes, and accessories.
1997
The China Yeh-Der factory was built in Zeng-Cheng City of Guang-Zhou.
1998
Precision measurement equipments including concentricity gauges, 2-D vision measuring instruments and gear rolling test machines etc. were purchased to upgrade our design and test capabilities so as to provide more accurate gears and gearboxes.
1999
The quality management system of ISO was introduced, and the factories both in China and in Taiwan were approved by ISO-1994 Version in September.
2002
1. Yeh Der was certified with ISO9001-2000 version.
2. Ultra Precision Co., Ltd. in Wuku was established to offer molds of geares and gearboxes for automotive parts, computer peripherals, home appliances, etc.
2003
1. Yeh Der invested Aurora Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd for powder metallurgy gears and parts.
2. A MAKINO CNC EDM was purchased to reach higher precision of molds of worms and helical gears.
2005
The 3-D injection mold design software (K-MOLD) and the moldflow analyzing software (Moldex 3D) were purchased to make molds more efficiently and precisely. |
